Iran is home to one of the world's oldest civilisations, with Persepolis, the mosques of Isfahan, the gardens of Shiraz and the desert cities of Yazd and Kashan. It has 28 UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Iran is a four-season country: spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) are ideal. Summers are hot in the centre and south, while the north and west are cooler.
Why Choose Iran?
Iran is famous for the hospitality of its people, its Persian gardens, bazaars, poetry and cuisine, and landscapes ranging from the Caspian forests to the Lut Desert.
